The Process
America Lifetime Roofing's Professional Estimators are experts in the Insurance claim process and can often assist our customers in expediting their claim. We have put together a guideline to help you better understand the claim process.
If you think you have a loss or a problem with your roof, start by contacting your homeowner's insurance agent.
Your insurance company's claims department will follow up with you by telephone or through the mail.
Because of our Preferred Contractor status, if you are
using Nationwide Insurance, a Quality Assurance
Inspector from Lifetime Roofing of America Inc. will be assigned by
them to inspect and evaluate the loss.
If you are insured through (Nationwide),
your insurance company will send an adjuster to inspect the damage.
Nationwide Blue Ribbon DRP (Direct Repair Program) is
a program that was formed to build strategic alliances with insurers.
LIFETIME ROOFING OF AMERICA meets the insurance company's criteria
of their specific program an we agree perform buisness in that manner.
The insurance company's purpose of the DRP (Direct Repair Program)
is to streamline the claims settlement process and they work closely
with a select roofing contractor to acomplish that.
The roofing contactor agrees to provide many of the administrative duties of the insurance
carrier in exchange for the refferal.
By choosing LIFETIME ROOFING OF AMERICA, as a Preferred
Vendor in addition to the standard 2 year warranty you will receive
an additional 3 years to your warranty on your roof.
Regardless of your insurance company, you should receive an itemized explanation of your claim settlement including your deductible amount and depreciation.
Most insurance companies require proof that an approved contractor completed the repairs, and Lifetime Roofing of America Inc. is ready to exceed all of yours and your insurance company's expectations!
NOTE: All Insurance Companies have their own method of processing claims. This is just a general guideline.
